M. A. Mortenson Company seeks a full-time Integrated Construction Manager based in Milwaukee, WI. This position provides input and leadership to the design and/or virtual design and construction process for construction projects, including providing meaningful input to projects’ programming and conceptual design activities. This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years of related experience. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 5 years of (progressive, post-baccalaureate) related experience. Must also have 12 months of experience with each of the following: (1) creating, developing, and coordinating 3D models for construction projects; (2) managing VDC/BIM projects, including 3D BIM creation, clash detection, clash resolutions, 4D simulations, 5D quality/cost analysis, point cloud to BIM, virtual reality, and augment reality; (3) working with project managers and directors on VDC, project controls, and estimating/preconstruction services; and (4) utilizing the following software technologies: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Synchro 4D, Trimble SketchUp, and Bluebeam Revu. Will accept experience gained before, during, or after Master’s program. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. Domestic travel required up to 60% of the time. The base pay range for this role is $140,421 - $160,800.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
