Mortenson is seeking an experienced Market Executive responsible for providing overall management for business development, successful customer relations and operational direction for the semiconductor/advanced technology markets. Ensuring key and successful customer relations, as well as assisting operating groups with winning work. Strong communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials or Architectural Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent field
Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management overseeing large semiconductor/microelectronics fabrication facility projects ($50M+) utilizing Design-Build/EPC/CMAR project delivery method
Experience taking conceptual design through construction, working with internal and external partners
Ability to fulfill development to closeout responsibilities for multiple, complex projects
Detail orientation sufficient to organize and manage multiple project tasks
Basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices
Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent web application skills at an intermediate level.
Positiveand professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
Ability to interpret and communicate Mortenson policies

The base pay range for this role is $178,800 - $268,200. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
