Mortenson is currently seeking a Scheduler I or II for our Solar group that will interact with a variety of staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment, remaining flexible, resourceful, proactive, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Location: Remote- any home base location in the continental United States; preference given to those that can work hybrid from our MN-HQ or any regional office
Travel: Minimal up to 5%

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in drafting schedules using common CPM scheduling programs with oversight
Work with site teams and trade partners to develop project schedules using CPM scheduling programs
Support supervision by monitoring and updating project schedules
Assist site management in formulating mitigation plans for scheduling problems
Assist with proposals and pursuit schedules as needed
Build relationships with individuals of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent field
Scheduler I
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience of construction job sites highly preferred
The base pay range for this role is $78,800 - $98,500
Scheduler II
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two years construction experience or equivalent combination of training and experience
Experience as a project engineer is desirable
The base pay range for this role is $89,500 - $120,800
(Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
