This project includes the renovation of the interiors of 1740 Broadway, totaling approximately 113,083 square feet. The building consists of one subgrade basement and four above grade floors, all to receive new building finishes. In addition, the space will include new glass storefronts, a rooftop patio, and balconies overlooking the adjacent atrium space that is attached to the building.
