Faegre Baker Daniels Denver Office Renovation

Mortenson built out approximately 58,000 square feet of new office space on floors 34-36 in the Hines Tower, located at 1144 15th Street. Faegre Baker Daniels fully occupies floors 34 and 35, and a portion of the 36th floor. 

During construction, the building was occupied and all work was performed in compliance with building management regulations and relevant building codes and requirements. The Class A office space build-out includes the construction of private offices, paralegal open workspaces, conference rooms, IDF rooms, storage, mailroom, kitchen/lunchrooms, a conference center, and a “Commons/Town Hall” space.
