Headquarters Facility

The project is a $91 million design-build contract to design and construct a 158,000-square-foot headquarters facility at Fort Meade, Maryland. Mortenson-Grunley partnered with HDR, Inc. for the design of this office building. The building houses offices, conference rooms, a dining hall, and a high-bay operation center.
