Ryan joined Mortenson in 2003 and has extensive experience estimating for commercial and federal projects throughout the United States. As chief estimator, Ryan is a trusted advisor supporting our customers and guiding our Washington, DC based estimating team through the preparation of accurate and reliable estimates. He maintains close involvement and provides mentorship to the Mortenson team across value engineering, alternate construction methods, maintenance and life cycle studies, and constructability review.

Ryan has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Architectural Drafting and Estimating from Dunwoody College of Technology. He is certified as a Design-Build Professional with DBIA, and is active with Associated Builders and Contractors organization.
