This 45,000 square foot, three-story building was developed under an agreement between Northern Arizona Real Estate Holdings and Northern Arizona University. Mortenson/SmithGroupJJR was selected to provide design and construction services under a design/build agreement. The project had a demanding budget and schedule constraints, both of which were achieved.

This University Services building brought together under one roof various university services that had been located around campus and in Flagstaff. The building provides office and administrative space for the university's marketing, fundraising, audit, IT, and foundation personnel and has been designed and built to LEED Silver certification standards.
