Shorewood Village Hall Construction

How do you design and build a campus building to allow for future expansion?

The 37,400 square foot Shorewood Village Hall is the focal point of their Towne Center and houses the administrative, finance, building, economic development, and parks and recreation departments. The building features neoclassical architecture with a 40-foot diameter dome roof structure, a columned portico, and an entry atrium to welcome visitors. This two-story structure also includes a basement for future expansion of village functions.
