The Snohomish County Campus Redevelopment Initiative is the largest capital improvement project ever undertaken by Snohomish County. The project, which transformed the County’s existing campus, had a budget in excess of $132 million. The budget provided for a 1200-car underground parking garage, an 8-story county jail, an 8-story administrative office building, and an outdoor public plaza featuring an outdoor amphitheater.
