The Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Campus is located on 27-acres just south of downtown Minneapolis and occupies 3,500 employees. The project was completed in four phases and included the demolition of one building and a major renovation and refurbishment of two additional buildings totaling 778,000 square feet. A new 228,000 square foot building and a new 2,000-stall parking structure were also constructed. The campus remained fully operational during construction.
