Amber Gregory
Business Development Manager | Seattle
Beginning her career in 2014, Amber brings a strong foundation in multifamily construction and is continuing to expand her expertise in business development at Mortenson. As a Business Development Manager, she leverages her experience in cross-functional leadership, full-cycle project management, and strategic problem solving to support successful delivery outcomes. Her ability to foster clear communication and alignment among clients, stakeholders, and project teams helps ensure a seamless and collaborative process from pursuit through execution.
Amber completed the University of Washington's Commercial Real Estate Certificate program in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She remains actively engaged in the industry through her involvement with NAIOP Washington State, where she previously co-chaired the DEI Committee and currently participates in both the DEI and Programs Committees. In addition, she is an active member of CREW and ULI, further demonstrating her commitment to professional growth, industry engagement, and leadership within the commercial real estate community.

What excites Amber most about her role is the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with her team and the clients and partners she works with. She values the variety of work across the industry and is continually motivated by the chance to learn, grow, and help bring complex projects to life.
Personal Passions
Outside of work, Amber enjoys staying active through Pilates, weightlifting, and sunrise walks with her dog. She believes in compassion, empathy, and kindness and strives to treat others with respect, recognizing that everyone may be navigating their own challenges. These values guide both her personal and professional interactions, helping her foster authentic relationships, build trust, and create positive experiences for those around her.
