Blair Pan

Blair began her career in the construction industry over a decade ago and has built a strong track record delivering complex, high-visibility projects across commercial, high-rise, and large-scale developments. Her professional experience includes leadership roles at AECOM Tishman and Mortenson, where she currently serves as a Senior Project Manager based in Seattle. 

Blair holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Columbia University, and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. This multidisciplinary education enables her to lead projects with a balanced perspective by integrating engineering rigor, project delivery excellence, and business leadership. 

What Blair enjoys most about her role is leading teams through complex challenges and seeing large-scale projects evolve from early planning through execution. She finds deep fulfillment in collaborative problem-solving, aligning diverse stakeholders, and delivering work that creates lasting value in the built environment. For Blair, there is a unique reward in producing tangible results, watching a project rise and ultimately reshape the skyline while leaving a meaningful mark on the city and its history. 

Beyond her project work, Blair has been actively involved in professional organizations throughout her career, including CMAA, Professional Women in Construction, Women Builders Council, and CREW New York. Since relocating to Seattle, she has continued this commitment through her involvement with CREW Seattle, supporting professional development, mentorship, and the advancement of women in the construction industry. 

Looking ahead, Blair is energized by the industry’s shift toward more integrated and collaborative delivery models, as well as the growing emphasis on innovation, sustainability, and AI-driven technologies. She is particularly excited by the expanding opportunities for women to lead at every level and is passionate about mentoring and advancing the next generation of leaders. Blair looks forward to contributing to work that sets new standards for execution while helping shape a more inclusive, forward-thinking construction industry.
