Jacquie O'Connor

Jacquie O’Connor is an experienced leader with a background spanning consulting, private equity operations, renewable energy, and military service. She has worked across diverse industries to drive strategic growth and operational improvements.

Jacquie earned her undergrad from the United States Military Academy at West Point and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.  Following her time as a Military Intelligence officer, she began her business career at McKinsey & Company, advising clients in the mining and enterprise technology sectors. She later transitioned into private equity, leading the industrial facility maintenance businesses through acquisitions and operational leadership.

Most recently, Jacquie served as Director of Strategy at Mortenson focused on the renewable energy business. She is excited to bring her diverse background, experience driving operational scale, and strategic approach to MES.

Originally from New Jersey, Jacquie has lived across the U.S. and enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and outdoor activities. She is a Pat Tillman Scholar and has been married for 14 years.
