Matt Tobin is an Asset Management Executive with Mortenson Properties. Matt joined in 2023 with a focus on ground up development, redevelopment, and stabilization of existing assets. In addition, Matt helps to drive the sustainability strategy and infusion into MPI’s portfolio. Prior to joining Mortenson Properties, Matt was a founding Partner at 45 North Group and Senior Advisor at Cresa Minneapolis where he developed a deep background in management, renewable energy consulting, investment real estate, development, corporate real estate, and real estate brokerage.
Matt received a Finance degree from the University of Vermont. When he’s not in the office, he’s typically outdoors with his family (wife and two boys) or adding to his ever-changing vinyl record collection.
