As Field Operations Manager, Ryan is responsible for the overall direction of field forces of Mortenson’s Phoenix operations, including relationship management, preconstruction, constructability reviews, as well as hiring of all field personnel.

Ryan’s 26 years of construction experience includes a broad range of projects across the municipal, healthcare, data center, laboratory, corporate, higher education, and renewable energy markets. Ryan is a member of the United States Green Building Council and has recently joined the Arizona Builders Alliance Education Committee.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending a great deal of time supporting his kid's activities including travel hockey, competitive dance, basketball and volleyball.
