Shirish brings more than a decade of extensive scheduling and cost control experience to Mortenson though working on large, complex, and multi-phased projects. He is an expert in preparing and maintaining cost and resource loaded schedules in Primavera P6, earned value analysis, time impact analysis, S-Curves, and change management. He brings a unique combination of business and technical acumen gained from experience in government and private environments working on projects in a variety of delivery methods.

Shirish has a master’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pune University. He likes to stay updated with technology and has mentored construction of an all-terrain robot for the Florida SWAT team. He also led his undergraduate school at the ‘ROBOCON 2007’ - the world’s largest robotics competition. 

As an avid traveler, Shirish has been to 38 states and 28 national parks. He has visited 14 countries with a quest of exploring 40 countries before turning 40. Shirish enjoys a good Netflix binge but can often be found on long hiking trips deep in the mountains and looks forward to new adventures in the Pacific Northwest.
