Will is growing Mortenson's presence in Nashville and is responsible for managing projects across the southeast region of the United States. As an industry expert, Will has served in leadership roles for a range of projects and industries, from small hospital renovations to 1.2 billion-dollar pro sports arenas. For example, he played an integral part in redeveloping the certified net-zero-carbon Climate Pledge Arena into a best-in-world venue - all while keeping its historic landmarked roof intact.

Will is passionate about delivering quality projects in a way that always ensures a happy customer, even when it's not the easiest thing to do. Because of that, his best customer relationships turn into lifelong personal relationships, built on trust and mutual respect established over the course of the project.

Hailing from the South, Will feels right at home in Nashville. When he's not overseeing client projects, Will enjoys getting involved in the Nashville community and spending time with his family. You can find him at the Richland Park toddler soccer games most Saturday mornings.
