General Superintendent - Utilities
SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a Utilities General Superintendent I that will provide leadership and oversee the coordination of project site work activities and supervision of on-site work team for multiple construction projects or large, complex construction projects. Assist in coordinating management of craft and office personnel and providing equipment facility management.
Specific requirements must be met in order to be considered. This position is not your next move. This position requires you to have actual years of experience.
Experience over seeing, at minimum, 2 Large Projects ($600M package or more) with oversight of 100's of craft employees, including Superintendent, General Foreman, Foreman and operators.
Must have detailed experience in pre-construction
Extensive knowledge of utility testing and quality control
MUST have large utility experience - duct banks, water lines, storm and sanitory sewer, etc.

**The base pay range for this role is $178,800 - $268,200. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
