Project Manager I or II – Structured Cabling
SUMMARY:
Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager I or II - Structured Cabling to join our team. Project Managers will provide overall leadership direction to a project; including the management of project quality, timeliness, and safety, as well as mentoring the project team. Develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service.
*This position offers opportunities at both levels 1 or 2, allowing candidates to apply based on their experience and qualifications. Compensation for this role is determined based on factors such as experience and location.
Location: TBD – location and project will be assigned. This role will require 100% travel on a rotational basis (on average it could be 3-4 weeks on a project site / about 1 week at home. This schedule is an estimate as it is also based on project need)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organization, flexibility, outstanding customer focus, and strong communication are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to:
Manage the overall financial health of projects
Manage subcontracts and suppliers for the project
Manage Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Engineer(s)
Function as the main point of contact with the owner and on-site representative
Manage change orders
QUALIFICATIONS:
Project Manager I Qualifications:
6+ years of related commercial construction project management or related experience
Project Manager II Qualifications:
7+ years of related commercial construction project management or related experience with large projects ($20M+)

The base compensation range for this role is: $113,500 - $198,200. Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skill, and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
