Mortenson was selected by Fairview Health Services to develop and build a 22,000 square foot medical office building adjacent to the Fairview Lakes Regional Medical Center campus in Wyoming, Minnesota. Mortenson worked collaboratively with the Fairview team to assess current and future space needs, and the decision was made to plan for a multi-phased development. Phase one of the medical office building opened in 2004 and the most recent phase is a premier specialty clinic that offers custom orthotics and prosthetics services through St. Croix Orthopedics and also features a home medical equipment store. The new facility was built to accommodate additional floors to house a future surgical center and MRI.
