Starting in 2001, Mortenson converted a 27,000 SF existing warehouse facility into a Tier III facility with 15,429 SF of raised access floor with a project cost of $10,390,000. Phase 2 & 3 continued in 2003 with a $4,800,000 project upgrading mechanical systems and structure requirements to meet GM Global’s snowdrift loading criteria. 

In 2008, Mortenson coordinated and installed three additional generators to the existing data center facility including the associated electrical work. The project included the design and construction of numerous levels of redundancy for mechanical and electrical systems.
