The Long Prairie Wellness Clinic is located adjacent to the CentraCare Health Long Prairie Hospital and provides programs, services, and amenities designed to promote healthy lifestyles, enhance the quality of life, and help meet the wellness needs of the 35,000 residents within a 20-mile radius of Long Prairie. The clinic is centered around the six dimensions of wellness: occupational, social, spiritual, physical, intellectual, and emotional.
