Cornell College Hall Renovation / Mount VernonIA
What is the best way to renovate a college to provide ADA accessibility and updates?

College Hall is home to Cornell’s Education, Economics and Business, Classical and Modern Languages, History, Sociology and Anthropology Departments. As the second-oldest building on campus, it remains a special place for students and faculty within the Cornell community and has been since 1857.

The recent renovations created space for new opportunities for students and staff alike. The modernization maintained the facility’s historical components, while providing ADA accessibility and necessary updates to the HVAC system, plumbing, restrooms, audio-visual equipment, and finishes. The new Finance Lab, a key feature in the renovated building, includes a ticker board, creating the feel of a trading room.
