Cornell College Russell Science Center

Mortenson developed a trusted partnership with Cornell College when they engaged us in their most significant student investment in decades. The 45,600 square foot, four-story Russell Science Center includes a collaborative classroom, office, laboratory, and research spaces for the biology and chemistry departments. The project incorporates innovative design and technology and is the first new classroom facility to be built on campus in over 40 years.
