This project was a renovation of new and existing office spaces within the Baker Center and Wells Fargo Center buildings in downtown Minneapolis. The work was executed in four phases and included a total of nine stories. The Baker Center renovation will support operations and other core departments serving the firm. The Wells Fargo Center renovation will restructure the attorney and paralegal offices. Both building renovations include town hall spaces, wellness rooms, dining, and collaboration areas.
