Four Seasons Resort

Mortenson was selected to provide Construction Management for the extensive upgrade of the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail. The project includes a re-finishing of Flame restaurant and adding a new kitchen on the same floor to directly service the Remedy Bar, a new luxury retail experience, upgrades to the hotel’s 122 guest rooms and suites, as well as the reception, corridors, ballrooms, and meeting spaces. 

The project will be completed in phases to create the minimum amount of disruption while maintaining the standards of the Four Seasons brand. The premier year-round resort will remain open during construction.
