Chaska's new medical clinic, located on the Highway 212 corridor, contains a 24-hour emergency room/urgent care, primary and specialty care clinics, a laboratory, a pharmacy as well as imaging and rehabilitation services, a helipad, and a three-bay ambulance garage. Although originally planned as a two-story facility, it expanded to four stories, 180,000 square feet total, in order to accommodate tenant needs.
