Mortenson was the developer and builder for Crosby Cardiovascular Center, a new 20,000 square foot facility located in Baxter, Minnesota. The facility is shared by Cuyuna Regional Medical Center and Minneapolis Heart Institute, and provides comprehensive care and strengthens relationships with patients and physicians in the region.
