Bill began his career 40 years ago as an architect working on the expansion of Jack Murphy Stadium in San Diego for Super Bowl XXII. He is an experienced construction professional and is accomplished in all aspects of project management from scheduling and permitting to inspections and occupancy. His specialty is large, complex sports projects, specifically those featuring cast-in-place concrete and structural steel with large span structures. Bill takes a hands-on approach in the preparation of contracts and contract negotiation with subcontractors, scheduling, cost control and project administration and oversees the day-to-day management of his projects.
Bill has traveled across the country building sports projects from coast-to-coast, and has managed to visit nearly all of the National Parks in his spare time. As an alumni of the University of Notre Dame, he and his wife are avid sports fans who take an annual road trip to experience the pageantry of college football at iconic college campuses.
