The best project outcomes come from understanding the customer’s larger mission, aligning the team early, and turning complex technical requirements into clear decisions that support both the facility and the people it serves.
Building clarity through connection
For me, great leadership means creating clarity when a project is technically complex, fast-moving, or still taking shape. I focus on connecting the customer’s mission to the decisions the team makes every day, then making sure scope, budget, schedule, risk, and accountability remain aligned. As a Project Executive, my role is to give project leaders the support and context they need while keeping customers informed and confident from early planning through construction.
Connecting strategy with delivery
A life sciences or healthcare project is always more than the building. The facility must support research, clinical care, manufacturing, talent, funding, operations, and future growth. My experience across Discovery Square, United Therapeutics, BioLabs, Nucleus Radiopharma, Polar Semiconductor, HistoSonics, and M Health Fairview helps me connect development strategy with constructability, complex MEP coordination, procurement, and phased execution. That broader view allows teams to test options early and make decisions that support both near-term delivery and long-term flexibility.
Creating trust through transparency
The best customer relationships are built through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through. Every project should begin with a shared understanding of what success looks like, including the customer’s operational priorities, risk tolerance, decision process, and business drivers. When teams communicate openly and address issues early, they can solve difficult problems together and maintain momentum without losing sight of quality or the end user.
Personal Passions
Jason lives in Ham Lake, Minnesota, with his wife, three kids, and two dogs. With a family heavily involved in youth sports, life outside of work is rarely quiet. When they’re not at a field, court, or rink, Jason and his family enjoy making the most of Minnesota summers at the lake. He and his family also look forward to their annual road trips exploring new areas of the country.
