As Development Manager, Lauren is responsible for sourcing and advancing new development opportunities across the United States. Her expertise spans all facets of real estate, including site selection and acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, financial analysis, debt and equity financing, and design and construction management. Lauren enjoys making new connections with industry peers and the diverse range of people that real estate development brings together. She is passionate about supporting resilient communities and delivering critical infrastructure for the greater good.
Lauren began her career with Mortenson in 2024 on the capital markets team, following two years in acquisitions at a private equity firm in Milwaukee. Lauren graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2022, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment and Banking. She is an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and CREDA's Developing Leaders Program. In her free time, Lauren enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her friends, family, and cats.
