Senior Capital Markets Analyst | Real Estate Development
As a Senior Capital Markets Analyst, Lauren supports Mortenson’s regional developers in advancing new development opportunities in Chicago, Denver, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, Nashville, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City and Seattle. Her key responsibilities include financial modeling, deal underwriting, creation of offering memoranda (debt and equity), due diligence support, market research and capital raising. Lauren began her career with Mortenson Development in 2024, following two years in acquisitions at a private equity firm in Milwaukee.
Lauren graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2022, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and Finance, Investment and Banking. She is now an active member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association and NAIOP's Developing Leaders Program. In her free time, Lauren enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her friends, family and cats.
