Encouraging work/life balance
Giving back to our community is something I’m passionate about, and I always look for ways to pay it forward. One of the most rewarding volunteer experiences has been reading to elementary school students. Their boundless curiosity is contagious, and it reminds me how powerful it can be to inspire and uplift others. When we show up with authenticity and lead from a place of empathy—we can all do better.
That same curiosity and ambition continues to fuel my career. As a proud mother and a woman in business, I strive to show my sons that we’re all capable of achieving anything we set our minds to.
