Megan Knoch-Dohlin

Megan Knoch-Dohlin is the Market Director for Mortenson’s Power Delivery Group, where she leads market strategy, customer engagement, and growth initiatives. Megan focuses on aligning market insights, technical expertise, and collaborative partnerships to deliver reliable, forward-looking infrastructure solutions that enable the nation’s evolving energy landscape.
Before joining Mortenson, Megan built a diverse foundation in management consulting and product management at McKinsey & Company and Emerson Electric. At McKinsey, she advised advanced manufacturing and energy companies on market entry and sustainability strategies, including early work in green hydrogen and decarbonization. At Emerson, she led a global instrumentation product line serving the water and wastewater, life sciences, food and beverage, oil and gas, and chemical industries.
Since joining Mortenson, Megan has helped customers translate complex market dynamics into actionable strategies and successful projects. As Director of Strategy, she advanced Mortenson’s early work in green hydrogen and advanced manufacturing. She is known for building trusted partnerships, developing future leaders, and driving customer success through collaboration and insight.
Megan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the Ross School of Business. She is an active member of Women+ in Hydrogen, the American Clean Power Hydrogen Committee, the Renewable Hydrogen Alliance, and the Society of Women Engineers. In 2024, Megan was recognized on the BuildWorld 2024 Mavericks 50 List - TECHNOLOGISTS.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys exploring the outdoors with her partner and young son, collecting fossils, and building LEGO masterpieces.
