Paul is a Senior Project Manager with over 16 years of industry experience ranging from renewable energy infrastructure projects across the United States and Canada to commercial urban redevelopment. While the market and region has changed over the years, the focus and goal have been consistent: to provide a far superior project experience for every customer on every project. This is achieved through exceptional communication, attention to detail, and understanding of the customer’s challenges throughout the project lifecycle while continually thinking of innovative approaches to execute the customer’s vision. 

Paul started his career with Mortenson in the renewable energy industry as Mortenson expanded their presence in the Wind Energy market. He then transitioned to commercial construction and development, focusing on renovations and urban infill developments. Most recently Paul worked in the innovation space advancing industrialization and productization of construction across all markets where he worked to advance modular building and product manufacturing within Mortenson. 

Leveraging his unique set of experiences in Energy, Development, Commercial Construction in challenging urban sites, and passion for electrification, Paul was well positioned to join the EV + Microgrid team to support the growth of that market in the years to come. 

Paul is a native Wisconsinite. He grew up on a small dairy farm, which instilled in him a work ethic and sense of urgency that only Mother Nature can teach. Paul lives in Wisconsin with his wife and three daughters. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Minnesota.
