BLUvera, Mortenson’s vertically integrated manufacturing and fabrication business, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager I or II to help bring innovative electrical products from concept to production and delivery. This role will play a key part in developing and executing emerging products such as Hot Aisle Containment systems and Electrical Power Skids, working at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, construction, and customer delivery.
The Electrical Project Manager will lead projects from planning through completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing schedules, budgets, quality, and safety, while proactively solving challenges along the way. This is an opportunity to work in a rapidly growing manufacturing environment where you can help build new products, improve processes, and shape how BLUvera delivers innovative electrical solutions at scale.

The base pay range for this role is $135,200 - $170,500. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
