Additional benefits package
Mortenson offers a comprehensive, additional benefits package to eligible Data Center Group full-time team members. Team members who are willing to travel are eligible for our mobility packages to offset the costs of relocation, housing, to reward the ongoing commitment to travel. Data Center interns are also eligible for a comprehensive benefits and mobility packages to support internships.

Every data center we build varies in size from customer to customer and build to build, but each is considered hyper-scale due to the size, contract value and duration of the project. Since 2003, Mortenson has been a leader in data center construction. Below are just a few of our completed projects.
Eagle Mountain Data Center
Our collaborative, comprehensive approach to sustainable design and construction focuses on energy and water conservation, responsible material sourcing, and waste reduction.
DeKalb Data Center
The 500-acre DeKalb Data Center will be part of the valuable infrastructure that helps bring our customer's applications and services to more than three billion people across the globe.
