Additional benefits package

Mortenson offers a comprehensive, additional benefits package to eligible Data Center Group full-time team members. Team members who are willing to travel are eligible for our mobility packages to offset the costs of relocation, housing, to reward the ongoing commitment to travel. Data Center interns are also eligible for a comprehensive benefits and mobility packages to support internships.

 

Our Data Center Projects

Every data center we build varies in size from customer to customer and build to build, but each is considered hyper-scale due to the size, contract value and duration of the project.
