Hamilton Partners and Mortenson Properties Break Ground on Hamilton Commerce Center – Springville

SPRINGVILLE, UT — June 2, 2026 — Hamilton Partners, in partnership with Mortenson Properties (MPI), announced today the groundbreaking of Hamilton Commerce Center – Springville (HCC Springville), a new Class-A spec industrial development located in Springville, Utah. The project will deliver approximately 192,000 square feet of modern industrial space on a 13.8-acre site strategically positioned less than one mile from Interstate 15, offering immediate access to Provo, Utah County, and the Wasatch Front. Mortenson will be the general contractor leading construction, with completion expected in Spring 2027.

HCC Springville will consist of a single rear-load, Class A industrial building built to serve a broad range of users. The development is planned with 32-foot clear heights, dock-high and drive-in loading, fenced outdoor storage, and flexible demising options supporting spaces from 22,000 square feet to full building configurations.

The project is located at 2303 W 500 N in Springville, within the Central Utah County submarket, an area experiencing strong population growth, expanding employment, and historically low industrial vacancy. Direct access to I-15 positions the site as a premier last-mile distribution and service location for the Wasatch Front, with convenient regional connectivity to Salt Lake City, Las Vegas, Denver, and Phoenix.
