This ride has always been about much more than cycling. For almost two decades, our team has shown up for the MS community, riding, fundraising and supporting one another and stepping up as Local Presenting Sponsor lets us do even more, together. We have fun riding together with team members, friends, and business partners and I look forward to riding with an even larger group next June.
Why We Ride
The MS 150 brings people together around a shared mission: creating a world free of MS. Every mile we ride, every dollar raised and every volunteer who shows up helps advance that mission funding research, expanding services and strengthening support for people and families living with MS.
Bike MS is the largest cycling fundraising series in the world, and it all started in Minnesota in 1980 with the first MS 150. Today, more than 50 Bike MS rides take place nationwide.
For many Team Mortenson riders, that mission is personal. They ride for themselves, a family member or a friend living with MS. Supporting the ride reflects Mortenson’s purpose, Building for the Greater Good™ showing up where we can make a difference, alongside the people and communities we serve.

17 Years on the Road Together
Team Mortenson has ridden in the MS 150 for 17 years, growing into a team of team members, families, trade partners and customers. Over that time, the team has contributed more than $1.2 million to the National MS Society through fundraising and sponsorship support including $215,000 in 2026, raised by more than 60 riders and supporters.
