What Does it Take
Building Allegiant Stadium
What did it take to build Allegiant Stadium? To raise the stakes for getting it right the first time, we needed to both design and build the $2 billion vision of Mark Davis, on an accelerated schedule, incorporating many novel engineering feats combined with iconic architecture.
Our team worked tirelessly to manage over 200 different trades, 12,000 different workers on site, and a 45,000-activity schedule. Allegiant Stadium was built by the community to be their legacy. We showed Las Vegas how powerful commitment, intention, transparency, and accountability can drive success for both the community and the project.
Through our early engagement, ownership of design, project first mentality, and unrelenting, integrated team of experts, we delivered Allegiant Stadium on time and under budget, and exceeded our customer’s expectations. Redefining what's possible, yet again.
