Inn on Woodlake Finishes Ahead of Schedule Under Budget
Mortenson completed a 31,000-square-foot, three-story hotel wing expansion to Inn on Woodlake in Kohler, WI. The project includes four suites with two bedrooms, six suites with two bedrooms, and ten single rooms. Additionally, the team updated the:
- Front desk
- Breakfast room
- Operational kitchen
- Hotel staff offices
- Business center
- Bar
The team recently achieved final occupancy on Tuesday, November 28 – ahead of schedule and under budget. The hotel welcomes guests to the new expansion in January.
