Everett Community College Gray Wolf Hall

Located at the heart of Everett Community College’s active campus, Gray Wolf Hall is a 77,000-square-foot academic facility that provides modern instructional spaces, faculty offices, and student support services. Following the successful delivery of Whitehorse Hall, the college’s first GC/CM project, Mortenson was selected to build Gray Wolf Hall as the second major phase in the campus modernization program.

LEED Silver certified, the project reflects Everett Community College’s commitment to sustainability while creating a flexible learning environment that supports growing student demand. The scope also included significant campus infrastructure improvements, including relocation of the main campus drive, demolition and renovation of first-generation campus buildings dating back to the 1950s, and construction of new surface parking.

Working within a congested, occupied collegiate environment, Mortenson maintained a continuous campus presence from 2005 through 2008, helping the college execute a long-term vision for transformation while minimizing disruption to daily operations. Gray Wolf Hall was completed on schedule and under budget, reinforcing the strong partnership between Mortenson and Everett Community College and advancing the institution’s evolving educational mission.
