Whitehorse Hall is Everett Community College’s new signature facility, setting the standard for all new construction on its campus. It replaces three buildings that were demolished, is located at the entry of the campus, and is the new home of the Arts and Sciences Department. The project scope includes office space, science laboratories, art studios, digital & general classrooms, and support space; interior finishes for the building are minimal in order to showcase student artwork.
