Faegre Baker Daniels Tenant Improvement

Mortenson was selected as the construction manager for the office tenant improvement project for Faegre Baker Daniels. Located on the 43rd floor at 311 South Wacker, FBD was looking to refresh their dated and aging law firm office space. The project completely transformed the look and feel of the organization with the incorporation of high-end finishes such as warm wood paneling and millwork, stone counter surfaces, and architectural glass partitions. A state-of-the-art video teleconferencing room and large dividable training center foster collaboration among team members. Mortenson also provided extensive preconstruction services to Faegre Baker Daniels on the project.
