Highpoint Logistics Park
Highpoint Logistics Park Development / AuroraCO
How do you construct a development beyond the ordinary industrial environment?

In early 2020, in partnership with Hyde Development, Mortenson purchased an undeveloped, 125-acre land parcel in Aurora, CO. The plans include developing the acreage into HighPoint Logistics Park, a 2.2 million-square-foot industrial park, at the site, near Denver International Airport. HighPoint Logistics Park will feature eight buildings with a mix of cross-dock, front-park and rear-load warehouse product.

Additionally, the park will be located in three economic benefit zones: Federal Opportunity Zone; Adams County, Colo., Enterprise Zone; and Limon Foreign Trade Zone. These distinctions allow for significant tax credits to encourage job creation and investments by businesses. Construction is currently underway on the beginning phases of work.

HighPoint Elevated goes far beyond the ordinary industrial environment. HighPoint is a cutting-edge Industrial and Logistics business park with more than 2 million square feet of Class A Inventory. This master-planned community weaves multiple uses into one growing area — featuring many amenities not available in other industrial parks. HighPoint customers have access to many businesses, services and infrastructure improvements in Aurora, as well as a robust and qualified labor pool right at their doorstep. Multiple options are available for businesses, including space for lease, spec construction or lease, build-to-suit and land-site purchase. Aurora’s business-favorable environment, along with Opportunity Zone, Enterprise Zone and Federal Trade Zone designations, make HighPoint a great choice for elevating your business.
