As Mortenson's Salt Lake City based Real Estate Development Executive, Jon provides leadership sourcing and advancing new development opportunities and partnerships across a variety of core asset classes including, but not limited to life science, healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, multi-family, student housing, hospitality, sports anchored mixed-use and developer led public-private partnerships.
Jon graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and obtained his Master of Science in real estate from the University of St. Thomas. Jon is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his family in Minnesota, Colorado, Utah and Kansas. Jon lives in Salt Lake County with his wife Abby and three children.
