Prosper Portland partnered with Mortenson as its design-builder for a 110,000 square foot office tower expansion above the existing Oregon Convention Center Garage project. This office tower will add five additional stories of an office building, with half of the building extending 10 stories from the ground and the top five floors extending over the parking garage. The office portion of the project is pursuing LEED V4 Gold certification.
