Sport Oregon Tenant Improvement

Mortenson was selected as the construction manager for the office tenant improvement project for Sport Oregon. Located on the first floor of the Morrison building, Sport Oregon was looking to refresh their dated and aging office space.

The project completely transformed the look and feel of the organization with the incorporation of finishes such as architectural acoustical ceiling paneling, updated flooring, industrial lighting, and clean white tile. The space houses a kitchenette, common area, conference rooms, offices, and huddle spaces. Mortenson also provided preconstruction (design phase) services and value engineering to Sport Oregon on the project. Portland Diamond Project will also be occupying a portion of the renovated space.
