As Development Manager, Erich is responsible for sourcing and advancing new development opportunities in Arizona. Erich provides leadership throughout all phases of development, including site selection and acquisition, tenant procurement, financial feasibility, financing solutions, entitlements, and design and construction management. In tandem with George Forristall, local Vice President of Real Estate Development, Erich delivers turnkey solutions for capital partners and customers across all product types. With nearly ten years of experience, Erich has developed and managed several projects across the United States for Mortenson’s construction and development businesses.

Erich graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and a Certificate in international engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer and maintains his Associate DBIA and LEED AP BD+C credentials. Erich lives in the Phoenix area with his wife, Taylor, son, James, and aussiedoodle, Howie. In his free time, Erich enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, traveling and watching sports.
