Erich Rectenwald

As Senior Development Manager, Erich is responsible for sourcing and executing new development opportunities in Arizona. Erich provides leadership throughout all phases of development, including site selection and acquisition, tenant procurement, financial feasibility, financing solutions, entitlements and permitting, and design and construction management. In tandem with George Forristall, local Vice President of Real Estate Development, Erich delivers solutions for partners and customers across all product types, tailored to meet their specific needs. With over ten years of experience, Erich has developed and managed several projects across the United States for Mortenson’s construction and development businesses.

Erich graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Certificate in International Engineering. Erich lives in the Phoenix area with his wife, son and aussiedoodle. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, watching sports and spending time with family and friends.
