The Beam on Farmer
The Beam on Farmer / TempeAZ
How can you build an urban office that redefines the workplace and sets standards for healthy bildings?

Set to open in May 2022, The Beam on Farmer will be the first cross-laminated timber office building in Arizona and will offer a contactless experience from your ‘car to cube.’ Redefining the workplace and setting the standards for healthy buildings, this new Class-A, five-story office will be located in Tempe, featuring 184,000 square feet of flexible, open floorplates and an adjacent parking structure for users.

Cross-laminated timber is a wood product that combines layers of natural timber to create a defined and eco-friendly experience. The Beam on Farmer will be a marriage of solid timber, concrete, steel and glass, giving it a natural wood aesthetic with a modern yet vintage vibe. The building will feature sustainable building attributes and a unique and creative environment with 13-foot exposed wood ceilings and glulam wood beams and columns.
